WSLogistics (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Information we collect
We may collect the following personal information:
- Contact details — name, email address, phone number and company.
- Shipment and logistics details you provide when requesting a quote or service.
- Correspondence you send us through forms, email or messaging.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and usage data collected via analytics cookies (only where you have consented).
How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and provide quotes and logistics services.
- To manage and improve our services and website.
- To comply with legal, customs and regulatory obligations.
- To send service updates or, where permitted, marketing you can opt out of at any time.
Enquiry management
We may store your enquiry contact details, shipment requirements and correspondence in HubSpot, our customer relationship management provider, to prepare quotations and manage follow-ups. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We also record which website form page you used. If you accept analytics, we retain the landing page and campaign labels for your browser session and include them with your enquiry in our notification email and HubSpot to understand which promotions generate enquiries. We do not include full browsing URLs or advertising click identifiers in these enquiry records. You can also choose to tell us how you found us when submitting an enquiry. This optional answer is included in the notification email and HubSpot record, separately from analytics attribution, to help us understand how customers discover our services.
Cookies and analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure site traffic and Microsoft Clarity to understand interactions through heatmaps and session recordings. Clarity collects usage and device data, such as pages visited, clicks and scrolling, and processes it through Microsoft. Our enquiry forms, including their confirmation messages, are masked in Clarity recordings. We do not send enquiry field values or customer identifiers as Clarity custom events or tags.
Clarity loads only after you accept the updated analytics notice. Analytics consent does not grant advertising storage permission. You can decline or change your choice below; withdrawing consent reloads the page to stop loaded analytics. You can also clear cookies through your browser. Disclosure of information
We may share your information with trusted third parties strictly to deliver our services — for example carriers, customs brokers, and IT providers — and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information. Some service providers may be located overseas (including in the course of international freight), and we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled appropriately.
Data security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law.
Your rights
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you. To do so, or to make a privacy complaint, contact us using the details below. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the revision date shown above. Significant changes will be highlighted where practicable.
