Your shipment, step by step

How your freight booking works

From your first enquiry to final delivery, we coordinate the services agreed for your shipment. Start with your route and goods, then confirm the scope, costs and estimated schedule before booking.

Request a freight quote

From enquiry to delivery

  1. Step 1

    Share your shipment details

Send your origin, destination and cargo details so we can discuss suitable freight options.

    • Supplier location and Australian delivery postcode
    • Goods, package quantities and packed dimensions or weight, if known
    • Cargo-ready date and any delivery deadline
  2. Step 2

Review the quote and confirm the booking

Check what the quotation includes and what still needs confirmation. An enquiry alone does not book a shipment.

    • Service scope, handling requirements and estimated schedule
    • Included charges, exclusions and potential additional costs
    • Booking instructions and required documents
  3. Step 3

    Coordinate transport and cargo release

Collection, origin handling, sea or air transport and clearance coordination depend on your agreed service scope.

    • Confirm cargo readiness, collection arrangements and cut-offs
    • Keep shipment documents available for the applicable release requirements
    • Ask for the latest milestone update when your schedule changes
  4. Step 4

    Arrange storage and final delivery

After the goods are available for collection, confirm any unpacking, storage and onward delivery arrangements.

    • Cargo availability and any outstanding releases
    • Storage or unpacking services needed for your cargo
    • Delivery appointment, site access and unloading arrangements

Plan around milestones, not a fixed number of days

Timing varies with the route, freight mode, cargo readiness, available services and release requirements. A port or airport arrival estimate is not a final delivery appointment. Discuss your deadline before booking and confirm which dates remain estimates.
