Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about shipping with us — especially on the China–Australia lane.

How do I get a quote?

Use our instant estimator on the Tools page for a ballpark figure, or send us your shipment details through the contact form. We reply with a firm quote within 24 hours.

How long does shipping from China to Australia take?

Sea freight typically runs 12–21 days port-to-port depending on the lane (e.g. Shanghai–Sydney 12–18 days). Air freight is a few days. Door-to-door timing is confirmed at quotation.

What's the difference between FCL and LCL?

FCL (Full Container Load) means you book an entire container — best for larger volumes. LCL (Less than Container Load) shares container space with other shippers and is more cost-effective for smaller consignments. We handle both.

Do you handle customs clearance and biosecurity?

Yes. We manage Australian Border Force customs clearance and DAFF biosecurity end to end, including documentation, inspections, fumigation and treatment where required.

What documents do I need to import?

Typically a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, and any permits or certificates specific to your goods. We'll tell you exactly what's needed for your shipment.

Can you arrange door-to-door delivery?

Yes — we coordinate pickup at origin in China, freight, customs, and final delivery to any address in Australia, with buyer's consolidation available.

Is my cargo insured?

We don't automatically insure cargo, but we strongly recommend marine/transit insurance and can arrange cover for the full value of your goods on request.

How do I track my shipment?

We keep you updated at each milestone. You can also explore live vessel positions and our logistics calculators on the Tools page.
